I work with different modalities from somatic to energy healing and mindset work that I have developed skills in over the last 4 years and these continue to grow!

What’s the commitment?
There is commitment to this program. I ask that a minimum of 30 mins a day is devoted to yourself whether it is to meditate, ritual or to decide how you are gonna set up your day.
This is where the most transformation comes.
& yes! I have heard (& used) all the excuses but the truth is, if you are in, you must give yourself the devotion of time.
